The 'Photos by Francesca Mother’s Day Giveaway' (The Competition) commences at 8pm on Sunday 5th May 2024 and continues until 10am on Sunday 12th May (the Competition Period). PBF reserves the right to alter the length of the Promotion Period. All times are NZST.

The Competition is open to any person aged 18 years or over who enters on the specified competition posts on the PBF Instagram Accounts. PBF employees, all employees of participating businesses and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.

One prize winner will be chosen from among the entrants on the Instagram post and there will only be one winner. The winner will be announced in the comments of the social media post and contacted via social media. If a winner does not reply to claim their prize within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.

The prize consists of:

  • Either an Empowerment Experience OR Family Photoshoot to be redeemed before August 30th.

  • A cut an colour from Dreamland Hair

  • Full photoshoot makeup from Aurora Beauty to be redeemed before August 30th.

  • A one hour relaxation facial from Wonderland Beauty Therapy.

  • A $75 voucher for Kat’s Floral Design

  • One pair of pre selected earring from Make Me Proud

  • A 4 inch floral pressed cake from The Blooming Baker to be collected from Nelson city on Sunday 12th or Monday 13th May 2024.

  • One month of free training at F45 Nelson OR F45 Richmond

  • One month of training (2 x classes per week) at Altitude Pole Nelson.

  • A $75 voucher for the PC Eatery.

If conditions aren’t listed above the winner will refer to the conditions on the individual prize vouchers.

This prize is subject to availability for all parties involved.

The winner must claim their prize in the 6 months after the competition period.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No correspondence about prizes will be entered into.

Photos from your photoshoot may be used by PBF in future promotional materials.

General Terms

PBF may vary these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that PBF will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, however caused, arising out of your participation in the Promotion.

You acknowledge that the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook and that Facebook has no liability to you in relation to the Promotion. You agree to fully release Meta from any and all liability in relation to your participation in this Promotion.
